Maria
said there were many displaced people in the neighbourhoods
of Apartado. One neighbourhood has 300 families who
have just arrived from the countryside. This great
pain and anguish is caused by the guerrillas and the
paramilitaries. The paramilitaries work with the knowledge
of the public forces, that is the police and the army.
They circle the communities and force the families
to leave.
